Regressando dos restos mortais de Tribasativa, projecto que remonta a 2002 na Figueira da Foz, TRIBA surge no inverno de 2009 pela persistência de Slade (voz), Bola (guitarra), Atum (baixo), Xano (bateria) e incorporando Alex (guitarra) nesta nova fase.

É no mesmo ano que a banda decide gravar o seu primeiro trabalho intitulado "Morning Star Apocalipse" nos Covil Estúdios, é pela mão de Hugo Pereira (produção, mistura e masterização). Este trabalho possui o intuito de ser o primeiro de três capítulos inspirados em visões e interpretações do Apocalipse.

Transmitindo uma mensagem de descontentamento social na sua musica, Triba aponta a hipocrisia religiosa nas suas letras criando ambientes musicais numa mescla de energia devastadora com construções contextualmente clássicas, através de ambientes sobrepostos de caos e simplicidade.

The debut album MORNING STAR APOCALYPSE is finally completed.
Recorded at Covil Studios with the supervision of Hugo Pereira (The Last of Them, Unbridled,...), who was also trusted the complete work of production, mixing and mastering.

Initially thought to be a band edition, it's with immense pride that we announce that we signed a record deal with Covil Records, passing to be the first band signed by this new label and being part of the whole Covil Group since the Studio, Management and finally the new Label.

Morning Star Apocalypse it's the first of three chapters inspired in a apocalypse (not literally biblical).
It consists not only in Earth destruction, but the total destruction of all Divine Creation, where God is interpreted as sadist who's enjoying the destruction of all His Creation and His Sons...

Morning Star Apocalypse will be on sale in stores on April 30, 2010 and a tour on national territory (Portugal) is planned for the months of May, June and July.
