Tinha a ideia que a capa deste álbum era baseado numa serial killer japonesa, acho que tinha lido isso algures, e que a "disformidade" do corpo tinha a ver com a história dessa serial killer mas posso estar errado.
No entanto encontrei isto, não sei se ajuda ou não:
