Bruto concerto em Cascais há uns anos! Não ouvi muito o terceiro disco, mas tenho andado com vontade de meter o Swinelord a rodar quando tiver tempo. Até pensava que tinham acabado. Gostei do avanço.

Noticia sobre os últimos concertos de DJEVEL em Oslo, 21 e 22 Novembro 2025.

As much as the last three weeks have set us back both emotionally and practically we have also come to the conclusion that we will perform the two Oslo gigs already planned at Parkteateret on the 21. and 22. of November.

Not only for our own sake in order to process our loss but also to fulfill these two gigs as a tribute to the life and musical work of Trånn Ciekals. Jan Even Åsli will be filling in for Trånn and we are deeply grateful for the effort Jan Even will put into this with us. We will also team up with old members to make this work out as planned.

We will inform you with more details when we know. But what we do know is that this will be the last chance to see Djevel ever and we hope that you all will celebrate the band and Trånn these two dark autumn evenings with us.

Em 2024, completam-se 30 anos desde o lançamento de "Transilvanian Hunger", o quarto álbum do Darkthrone e uma das joias da coroa do black metal norueguês. O álbum leva o ouvinte de volta a florestas e tempos passados, com uma atração que é tão estonteante e barulhenta até hoje. Cornelius Jakhelln escreverá um ensaio pessoal e crítico sobre seu companheiro de viagem desde 1994: "Transilvanian Hunger", algo com uma história turbulenta, um disco que se tornou um pequeno gênero por si só.

Cornelius Jakhelln é um escritor e músico, com formação como filósofo. Ele publicou cinco romances e diversas coletâneas de poesia, a mais recente das quais é "Lyset faller som en sgågde av kjærligheten" (A luz cai como uma sombra de amor) (2024). Jakhelln também lançou mais de uma dúzia de álbuns com as bandas Solefald, Sturmgeist e GUT, e a música geralmente tem sido formas experimentais de metal.

Para quem desconhece o Cornelius é o mesmo dos grandes Solefald...
