Question about the reissue of Process of Guilt - Demising Grace CDr

I bought this a few years ago, left it sitting around, and now I've been listening to it and noticed a constant crackling noise throughout the CD. Can anyone who has this confirm? The CD is scratch-free, and since the edition simulates vinyl, I even thought it was intentional. Thank you.
