As we struggle to find the words to describe how amazing these last days were, it's probably best to use some images (either those being videos or photos) to show it.

Obscene Extreme Festival - recap (part II)

We also want to celebrate how much Portuguese language we could hear amongst the audience members of this year's edition of the festival.
Not only from Portugal but especially from Brazil - something that was absent on our first gig at OEF, back in 2016 -, we truly felt your big love wave coming towards us, as strong as the foam torrent during our show.
Obrigado, amigos!
It's also mandatory to aknowlede how great was the show of the other Portuguese act in the bill, SYSTEMIK VIØLENCE and thank the guys for the feeling of togetherness we shared at Trutnov.
Next time we will have some more farts in the pipe - we promise.
Lastly, we need to show our gratitude to everyone sharing the videos they taped during our set.
We'll be making some multicam footages with all of them, together with ours.

Obscene Extreme Festival - recap (part III)

We think it's very important to state the great guitar performance of João Ferraz on this show. It was his third gig with us (the previous ones took place in October '22) and João was just perfect!
He plays in a Portuguese band called Voyance - you need to check them out!
We'll also need to address Vania Raquel Lamas, José Santos and Ronny Meinders for their important roles as official Serrabulho cheerleaders in the stage of OEF!
Regarding our future, we really want to play more and more abroad.
As we're recording the voices for PISS AND LOVE - our fourth full-lenght album - we're getting a lot of gig requests and next year we'll play at - at least - 5 new countries. But we really want to spread our wings and bring the Portuguese Party to your city.
If you're a promoter or happen to know your local one, just keep bugging him about the crazy weirdos from Porntugal and you'll be in our hearts forever!

Lowland Fest - Hódmezővásárhely [HU] aftermath

When in 2019 we performed in Budapest, the feeling we got was that there was this kind of special "something" about Hungary.
People were so nice and we felt a strong bond with all those maniacs at Robot Club: crazy, really insane and yet such a nice people.
That gig was organized by Ádám András Bonin and Zsolt Harsányi and they were clearly the best promoters of all our Eastern European tour back then. And so the seed was planted...

When we noticed that Ádám and Gergely Győri - the lovely blue-dressed princess on the stage - were preparing a festival we had no doubts: we had to come.
And we have ZERO regrets: the all experience was perfect and we'll never forget it!
The festival team was amazing, from Tikvicki Csongor to Szilágyi Richárd, and without forgetting the (big) stage help of Balázs Pőcz and the great sound techs' work and lovely security team - EVERYONE was great to us!
Lowland Festival is wisely growing with both feet on the ground and we're 100% sure it will become a big, remarkable festival in the European scene.
That's pretty obvious!

What about the audience?
We really want to thank you all for your support, your kind words, your smiles, your laughs, your dance moves...
We made so many new friends and the best thing...?!
Serrabulho wants to QUICKLY return to Hungary! So everyone should keep nagging Ádám & Gyori to bring us back in two years to make an EVEN BIGGER circle pit and a more nastier ASS OF DEATH!
A final salutation to all bands with an extra-thanks to Atrox Trauma (thanks for the precious logistic help), Türböwitch, Paediatrician and DUST BOLT.

Vagos Metal Fest - o rescaldo de mais uma voltinha neste tresloucado carrossel.

A forma como somos sempre tão bem tratados em Vagos é algo que nos marca e que nos obriga a tentar uma certa superação a cada ano que passa, trazendo para cima da mesa as ideias mais estapafúrdias de que nos possamos lembrar. A espuma começou por ser uma dessas ideias de, aparente, materialização duvidosa. Contudo, concretizada o ano passado e repetida há dois dias.
Ter connosco o actor Jorge Neto, no papel de Rato (Balas & Bolinhos) ou a Alda Casqueira - O resto são cantigas a cantar a famosa "música do cocó" são outros dois exemplos da forma criativa como encaramos esta banda.
Colocar tudo isto em prática dá-nos um imenso gozo.

Receber o vosso amor, os vossos sorrisos, o vosso carinho em troca, torna tudo isto quase transcendental.
Outra das sensações positivas que esta banda nos traz é perceber que estamos rodeados de pessoas boas, que se sentem felizes junto a nós e que, por inerência, nos tornam melhores: as nossas bailarinas (Vanda Esteves e Cátia Silvano, incansáveis e sempre dispostas a alinhar nas nossas idiotices), o João Ferraz e a Maria Pereira (ambos perfeitos com as 6 cordas nas mãos e com uma alegria contagiante em palco), o Carlos Guimarães (que tanto nos tem ajudado ao longo dos anos, sem nunca ter pedido nada em troca e que, aqui, passou da frente do palco para cima dele), o André Henriques (nosso eterno fotógrafo, Amigo, que está sempre lá, quando precisamos), o Ricardo Santos (excelso gaiteiro que nos transporta para Miranda do Douro e nos torna mais coesos), o Ricardo Oliveira (nosso road manager, uma verdadeira "firewall" que nos blindou e um apoio constante, sempre alerta), o Bruno Valério (incansável varredor/rapaz-dos-recados/manobrador-chefe da máquina de espuma/responsável pelo merchandise), o Daniel Santos (o "cardador" em palco, que nos envolveu de uma ancestralidade profana que tanto apreciamos), Jerson Ribeiro (um garante da qualidade do som F.O.H.) ou o Hugo Sousa (importantíssimo no apoio logístico!).

A todas estas pessoas - a par do Jorge Neto e da Alda Casqueira - nós temos uma dívida de gratidão, que nunca conseguirá ser paga.
Obrigado, amigos, por nos tornarem mais fortes!

Lamas em Chamas - o rescaldo!

O nosso obrigado a toda a organização do Lamas em Chamas que, no passado Sábado, nos permitiu mais uma festa.

Obrigado, Rui Alexandre e toda a equipa do Mosher Fest, por nos terem proporcionado mais uma *daquelas* noites.
Tudo funcionou na perfeição, do som, ao catering e regressámos a casa com um sorriso na cara.
Há entre nós, a sensação do encerrar um ciclo (neste caso, a promoção do "Porntugal") e o nosso foco está agora no novo álbum, "Piss & Love".
Vamos, a esse respeito, ter uma série de surpresas a acontecer. Uma delas já no próximo Domingo. Mas, sobre isso, falaremos depois...

Beyond The Grave Festival aftermath

Our second visit to London (and 6th time in the UK) was amazing!
We met so many new and old friends and truly felt at home.
Paul, Mark and everyone from Beyond The Grave Festival did an remarkable job putting together this festival and deserve a gigantic praise for it!
We want also to thank Cliff, Tamsin, Prentice, Bruno (our precious dancer/merch guy) for their kindness and all the help provided.
London is fun and all but I'm sure it's not everyday you see a crazy circle pit on its streets.

Thank you, Sérgio & Rita Limede!
The way this festival is growing, with sold out editions year after year is the (unnecessary) proof of the great work you guys put on.
From always curating a fine set of worldwide bands, to the extreme care audience and bands receive inside RCA CLUB, we must underline how much fun we had this last weekend.

A word of praise also to Mário Lopes, for always handling the stage management duties in a very, very professional way. The same could be said to all the sound/stage team, the catering pricesses, the beautiful merch ladies, the brave photographers and the always helpful security team.
We should also mention Sandro Ferreira, Cátia Silvano and Vanda Esteves for all the laughs and dedication to the Serrabulho cause - thank you dear friends!

Last but not least, it's more than time to publicly recognize the importance of someone that has been making our live performances (A LOT) easier and cheerful for some time now: Ricardo Oliveira - your commitment and proactivity were something we needed almost since day 1. Thank you for being so kind, thoughtful and efficient!

SOBRALTERNATIVO - Underground Fest - aftermath:

A primeira edição do Sobralternativo foi um massivo sucesso!
Um som perfeito - ao nível do melhor que testemunhámos até hoje -, muitos sorrisos, boa disposição, excelentes concertos e bom catering. O que mais poderíamos pedir?
Não seria de admirar que, em dois ou três anos, o recinto do evento passasse a ser aquele campo de futebol ali ao lado, tal o profissionalismo com que a organização brindou público e bandas.
Obrigado, Dinis e restante staff por nos terem proporcionado esta festa e parabéns por esta excelente iniciativa, que já parece ter várias edições no currículo.
Uma palavra final para o Sandro Ferreira, a Cátia Silvano e o Ricardo Oliveira: já nem sabemos muito bem como vos agradecer, mas é mesmo bom ter-vos tão perto!
