Blood of Kingu na Candlelight!

BLOOD OF KINGU was forged in 2005 by Ukrainian Black Metal legend Roman Sayenko known for his other work in (HATE FOREST, DRUDKH, DARK AGES,), Thurios ( ASTROFAES, DRUDKH, HATE FOREST), Krechet (DRUDKH, ASTROFAES) and Yuri ( DRUDKH, LUTOMYSL). The debut album - entitled "De Occulta Philosophia" - was recorded in the summer of 2007. It represents intensive, fast and grim Black Metal with ritualistic melodies and real shamanistic, freezing voices. The main idea behind BLOOD OF KINGU is Black Metal inspired by and paying homage to Sumerian, ancient Egyptian, ancient Tibetan and Indo-Aryan mythology, demonology and astronomy.

BLOOD OF KINGU reflects Nature and Elements' power, showing the real sense of Black Metal (nowadays forgotten), searching for Purity, Knowledge and Abyss.

BLOOD OF KINGU's Art is far removed from the world of humans and ignorant creations like politics, technology, urbanization, religious contradictions and modern hypocritical values / ideals.

The mesmerizing new album entitled "Sun In The House Of The Scorpion" was recorded in the autumn of 2009 And will de released later this year by Candlelight records.

Megadeth - Bassist David Ellefson Returns To Megadeth Line-Up

Megadeth founder and frontman Dave Mustaine has announced the return of original bassist David Ellefson (1983-2002) to the iconic multi-platinum group. This reunion is appropriately timed to Megadeth's upcoming historic month-long Rust In Peace 20th anniversary tour which launches March 1 in Spokane, WA. At these incredibly special shows, Megadeth will play their landmark, genre-defining 1990 album Rust In Peace in its entirety, in addition to other Megadeth favorites.

"This shows the power of brotherly love and forgiveness," Mustaine says. "David Ellefson belongs in Megadeth. Next we are going to show you the power of getting your asses kicked...HARD!"

David Ellefson concurs: "This is a huge moment for all of us, band and fans alike. It is a great celebration of the music from one of the biggest landmark albums of our career."

Ellefson will join Mustaine and Megadeth band members Shawn Drover (drums) and Chris Broderick (guitar) on tour in support of the group's current CD Endgame, which has received some of the highest critical accolades of the band's career.

"We'd like to thank James LoMenzo for several years of loyal service on the bass, and wish him the very best," Mustaine adds.

Therion - New Album Title Revealed

The short following update was issued on the Therion's official website:

"I'm happy to announce that Therion are now entering the later phases of the recording of the new album, which will be mixed at the legendary Polar Studios in Stockholm.

The album title will be Sitra Ahra. 13 songs are being recorded, but it is at this moment not certain which, or if all, of those will end up on the actual record.

Oh, and Therion is going to Graspop!

Novo álbum de Head Control System a caminho!

Daniel Cardoso, um dos dois membros dos Head Control System, postou no MySpace da banda que não se encontram em hiato e que o outro membro, o conhecido Kristoffer Rygg, tem apenas andado em digressão com os seus Ulver.

O português também revelou que já compôs muito do que vai ser o próximo álbum e que ambos esperam juntar-se nos próximos meses para investir nas novas músicas ou até finalizar o sucessor de “Murder Nature“.
