"The Portuguese band Heavenwood releases their third album. It is one to behold, as it is a complete joy to listen to. I think it’s about time I go out to find their first two albums. Until that time Redemption will be doing a lot of spinning inside my CD player.

The dark/gothic metal that this combo plays is of a very sturdy persuasion. Nice and clear, but at the same time blessed with a very heavy production. Once again proof that in music a good and more importantly, appropriate, production is of essence. For Heavenwood the implications are that everything is lifted to a higher level, resulting in a well filled sound that strengthens the music. This very heavy gothic metal actually has no flaws, is constructed to a T. The screams of singer Ernesto Guerra come very close to the sound of Moonspell’s front man Fernando Ribeiro, but he definitely is not a clone....."

Ainda bem que consideram o Tramagal especial! Nem que seja pelas quantidades respeitáveis de álcool e outras substâncias afins consumidas nos raros concertos que por lá se realizam !!

Foi uma grande noite, um excelente concerto que deu para atestar a excelente forma actual dos Heavenwood e recordar temas com mais de dez anos! Tenho fotos do evento, a ver se as publico por aqui.
