Decayed is simply a band that never ceases to amaze me! After a few excellent shows i witnessed in Belgium, France, Germany...and recently at the Barroselas Metal Fest with a full line up. Another amazing thing is that DECAYED wanted to release an album with 8 tracks and ends up to have 24 tracks, it is like someone going shopping at Modelo, intending to get just some milk and coffee and ends up with a full shopping trolley!!!! That is a real treat for the fans....As you can see, the lusitanian horde continues to treat us with some mid tempo, hypnotic and more diversified lusitanian black fucking metal from Hell."Prayer of the Acursed" contiinues the battlehymns with some fast tempo hammering and really haunting keyboard lines, like you can hear in Apparitia's FIN, but this time carefully....more treats like Sepultura's "Troops Of Doom" and Carnivore's "Carnivore"...then mysterious sounds of doom...Decayed also can take us into the realms of down tempo dark ambient...Than come Rehearsal songs with a sound coming straight from their cellar...and it got the true underground feeling. Truly adorable!!! What i can say? DECAYED are the masters of the Lusitanian black metal scene....and here they treat us with some real underground stuff on top of excellent studio songs. Always a treat to listen to that amazing band....Ohhh They came up with "Last Sleep" the song that made me discover Decayed in 1990! The song when i felt in love with that Lusitanian band for the first time!!!! OMG!!!! They made it, they FUCKIN made it!!! they made it real....FUCK!!!!1 That is so amazing, heartbreaking, unveiling my good old time....ULTRAMETALICOS SUPREMISSIMOS!!!! And i love all the intros and outros. What a treat this album....There is so much in it!!!!!
