PARADISE LOST - reveal title and details of new album!

At this moment, iconic UK metallers, PARADISE LOST, are putting the final touches to their upcoming album, recorded at Orgone Studios in the misty countryside of Woburn, England. Together with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano, they have forged the follow-up to their highly acclaimed release »The Plague Within« (2015), which brought them a step closer to their death metal roots. This time, PARADISE LOST will haunt their fans with a heavy, doom-ridden monster, as lead guitarist and songwriter Greg Mackintosh reveals:

“The new album will be slower, sludgier and more doom filled than ever before. Eight riff laden monster tracks of sheer Northern misery.”

This 15th studio album will see the light of day at the end of summer via Nuclear Blast and is entitled »Medusa«.

Polish extreme metallers HATE, have just posted their new music video for the track "Numinosum" off their upcoming record "Tremendum" which is due on 5th May via Napalm Records. The video has been produced by 9Liter Production House : http://www.9literfilmy.pl

Frontman Adam Buszko comments: "I'm proud to present you the audio-visual fruit of our co-operation with 9Liter Production House. The picture was inspired by an archaic Slavic ritual that was practised widely in the old says. Its purpose was to keep away evil spirits. Immerse in the ancient atmosphere and experience your own Numinosum as we unveil another piece of our new offering."

ZORNHEYM FINISHED THE DEBUT ALBUM!

Swedish extreme symphonic metallers ZORNHEYM have finished mastering the debut album that will be out by the Dutch label Non Serviam Records!

The band commented on this: "This past Saturday, Sverker Widgren finished the mastering of our debut album "Where Hatred Dwells and Darkness Reigns"! We celebrated this with inviting some people to a private prelistening session of the album at Wing Studios and it was a great success! Thanks to every one who attended!
The album will be released this fall by Non Serviam Records."

With last year's release of Triangle the numerological trilogy I - II - III has been closed. Different territories are about to be explored in the future, beginning with the first work of a series of records entitled "The Maldoror Chants". As the title clearly tells, the concept of those records is based on the grand novel "Les Chants de Maldoror", one of surrealism's dire fathers and up to this day one of the biggest literary mysteries and outgrowths. Having been an inspiration to Schammasch ever since Contradiction, the times have come to give this inspiration the room it deserves. Each record will follow one specific moment of the book, the first one being "Hermaphrodite", a short story which appears aside the main story line in the book's first half.

From a musical point of view these records are to be seen as an artistic experiment, apparently deriving from a different place than what we've done so far. Focus lies on telling instead of singing, atmosphere instead of technique, flow instead of structure. Don't expect anything but explore everything.

DIABOLICAL SEEKING FOR NEW LIVE DRUMMER!

Swedish death black metallers DIABOLICAL are looking for a live drummer to fill in for Pär on our shows from the second half of 2017 and onwards, as he will be unable to travel for some time due to private reasons. To be clear: Pär is not leaving the band and his work with the band upcoming album is above all expectations.

DIABOLICAL are looking for someone with great musical skills who has touring experience, is comfortable playing to programmed click tracks, able to attend rehearsals regularly, able handle basic tech (pads etc.), flexible and a quick learner.

The band is located in Stockholm, Sweden. We will be considering all applications but it's obviously a plus if you are not located on the other side of the planet.

No criminal record that can cause problems applying for visas (you need to be able to travel also outside Europe, incl. USA, Japan etc.).

Please write the band with as much information about yourself as possible; musical background as well as goals and visions with your music. Videos of you playing is appreciated, preferably recent videos that are representative of your level and style as a drummer.
