BKD. nem eu disse que tinhas dito. E isso em parte não funciona assim, a maior parte dos terrenos nem são dos residentes nessas casas com matagal mesmo a porta. Muitos até têm processos em tribunal pois os donos dos terrenos não deixam esse "matagal" ser cortado.

Ainda ha bem pouco tempo passou uma reportagem sobre isso na TV. Creio que a maior parte das pessoas que estão numa situação dessas nem têm culpa pois elas têm consciencia do que pode acontecer a qualquer momento. Há, infelizmente, sempre alguns palhaços, como disse anteriormente, que manipulam isto duma maneira bem obscura e tudo o que possamos dizer pode muito bem andar longe da verdade.

Caso estivesse numa situação igual cortava eu proprio o mato indesejado perto da minha casa mas provavelmente quem iria para tribunal era eu pois estaria infringir a lei.
Os outros países têm os seus podres, tal como os E.U.A, mas creio que antes de olharmos e criticarmos o problema dos outros, teremos que olhar para a grande M.E.R.D.A onde estamos enfiados e tentar resolver os "nossos" problemas.

Alot of the stuff I see about the hurricane and its aftermath bothers me, so heres a list I've prepared to showcase my concerns.

1. I understand that the hurricanes path was a surprise and unpredicable, but the people who stayed through the storm had almost 2 days to leave or prepare. I'm getting really tired of hearing how these people had no idea this was coming. What part of "Catagory 5" didn't you idiots understand?

2. I don't feel sorry for those who were homeless or otherwise poor being left in the city to fend for themselves. Maybe if you had gotten a job instead of living on welfare and food stamps and living in government housing, you could have mounted a better defense against Katrina.

3. I want to know whats wrong with the person that thinks, "Well, a major storm has come to wipe out my livelyhood and my home, time to go steal a Sony HDTV and raid the grocery store of its liquer section!" WTF people? I've decided the looting adaquately demostrates whats wrong with our country, and if you want to know what that is, see #2.

4. STOP SHOOTING AT RESCUE WORKERS!!! We send hard working men and women to bring you food, water, and medical aid and you idiots are shooting at them! I'm going to laugh my ass off when some well armed citizens start shooting back at these looting morons. I'd consider it Darwin and nature and ridding the gene pool of useless DNA.

5. Stop blaming Bush for this mess. The federal governments responsibility in a disaster is to call on FEMA and the National Guard, and guess what? Thats what he did!! Hes also going above and beyond that by sending it regular military. If you want to blame someone for the poor response to this crisis, blame the state government, and more specifically blame the Mayor of New Orleans. It is his and his alone responsiblity to marshall the men under his control, take control of his city, and start the rescue and rebuilding process. And, in case you haven't noticed, the mayor has been reduced to a whimpering impotent sack of shit. In a time when his city needs a leader the most he stepped down and failed. He is a disgrace to humanity and deserves every piece of negative press he gets.

6. I'm getting really tired of everybody playing the race card. The people who have decided to burn down buildings, loot storefronts, and shoot at police officers are animals, regardless of race. I don't care if your black, white, orange, brown, or purple, if you attack a red cross worker trying to help you, you have become a subhuman, and I hope you burn in hell.

7. Just got an update that NOPD shot some badguys instead of contractors. Thats better but I still think they are just playing rambo and not organizing to control the city.

8. Gas prices, enough said.

Well, this is 8 things I can think of. If anybody thinks of things I left out, go ahead and leave a comment and I'll add it for yah.

If you disagree, well tough shit, its the truth, accept it. Pretending that the problems are caused by something else will only hurt those actually trying to put their lives back togeither, and help those that think this is a free ticket to rob Best Buy.

a) Ver resposta ao ponto 1. Se se afirma que os habitantes tinham obrigação de estar precavidos contra o furacão, muito mais obrigação tem o governo.

b) Isto não foi um problema regional, foi uma catastrofe natural brutal, e como tal, não são as autoridades locais que têm de activar os planos de emergencia. O que se pensaria se se responsabilizasse o presidente da junta de valeSe um desastre dessa envergadura afectasse Rãs, os habitantes só poderiam contar com o Tino?

Nem discordo muito, e acho que se fez um bocado de alardo com aquela coisa que circulo que os "pretos" pilhavam enquanto os "brancos" encontravam. Mas, a verdade é que quem está a sofrer mais é a camada mais desfavorecida da população de N.O. que é de raça negra. E não parece haver envolvimento suficiente por parte do Governo.

Acho que fica dada a minha resposta.
