BLUT AUS NORD : We have all pieces in hand for the vinyl editions of "Ultima Thulée" and "The Mystical Beast of Rebellion". As a reminder, the second will come with 3 new songs, clocking-in at 37 minutes of freshly-composed hymns to complete the original opus released back in 2001. This MMX version of "The Mystical Beast of Rebellion" will also be released as 2xCD. Both vinyls are going to press in the coming days. The CD version is planned to be released in December. Furthermore, the recording of "777" is almost complete. Expect it out early 2011.

TENEBRAE IN PERPETUUM : As some of you may have heard already, the Italians, sadly, decided to put an end to the band.

SAMAEL To Release 'Antigod' EP

Swiss industrial black metallers SAMAEL will release a new EP, "Antigod", on November 19 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Three weeks after returning from Germany where the band spent time going over every new song with longtime collaborator Waldemar Sorychta (MOONSPELL, LACUNA COIL, TIAMAT, GRIP INC.), SAMAEL entered the studio on August 10 to begin recording its new album for an early 2011 release.

SAMAEL's latest CD, "Above" (2009), entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 99.

DØDHEIMSGARD Is Back!

Norway's DØDHEIMSGARD (DHG) has been rejoined by vocalist Kvohst (a.k.a. Mat McNerney) and is currently working on material for a new album. According to a posting on the group's MySpace page, "Vicotnik [guitar, vocals] and Kvohst have turned a thousand burdens into 30 new tunes and texts. Once they are given an unclean bill of health, a new album will be discharged and released."

In other news, DØDHEIMSGARD has two new members — Terghl on drums and Blargh (NIDINGR) on guitar. The band states, "Both Terghl and Blargh have perfected their individual crafts for years and have had extensive band-experience before joining the DHG asylum. Both are looking forward to their new existence as unproductive members of society."

DØDHEIMSGARD 2010 is:

DØDHEIMSGARD's last album, "Supervillain Outcast", was released in April 2007 via Moonfog/The End Records. The CD was the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed 1999 release "666 International", a sonically-charged rollercoaster ride of avant-garde chaos and intense black metal drive and atmosphere. The album, which ended up on many critics' Top 10 lists, helped inject the black metal music scene with something unique and groundbreaking the year of its release.

SINISTER New Album Artwork, Release Date Revealed

Dutch death metallers SINISTER will release their new album, "Legacy of Ashes", on December 10 via Massacre Records. The CD was recorded at Soundlodge studios in Rhauderfehn, Germany with producer Jörg Uken (GOD DETHRONED, OBSCENITY). The band states, "Expect the most brutal and fast SINISTER album ever."

SINISTER had the audio version of its August 24, 2006 concert at the Stodola Club in Warsaw, Poland released on CD on September 21, 2009 in Europe (via Metal Mind Productions) and December 1, 2009 in the USA (through MVD). The digipack edition was limited to 1,000 copies. Entitled "Prophecies Denied", the material was previously released in December 2006 as SINISTER's the first-ever live DVD, also featuring an interview with the band's frontman Aad Kloosterwaard and guitarist Alex Paul as well as a documentary, "Angels of the Apocalypse", plus rare footage.

SINISTER's last album, "The Silent Howling", was released in August 2008 via Massacre Records. The CD was also recorded at Soundlodge.

SINISTER's current lineup includes Aad Kloosterwaard (vocals), Alex Paul (guitar), Bas van den Bogaard (bass) and Edwin Van Den Eeden (drums).

Isso não interessa, pelo a menos a mim que tenho as edições da MS originais...

Mas isto aqui poderá interessar a algumas pessoas com bom gosto musical:

The long planned reissues of HADES debut and second album are finally going to see the light of day on September 28th. "Again Shall Be" will get the "Alone Walkyng" demo as bonus and "Dawn of the Dying Sun" will get a Bathory cover, a live track and a never before released song as bonus.
Both albums will be remastered.
