Por acaso acho que este ano está bem bom.

É claro que vai sempre depender dos gostos de cada um: Mas este ano, ao contrário dos anos anteriores, não há uma única banda que me faça sequer ponderar a ir um dia.

Para mim, Evoken, Solstafir, Ereb Altor, Draconian.. são excelentes nomes, e mesmo entre os mais pequenos há coisas boas.
Mas claro, isto depende sempre dos gostos de cada um.

Sei que têm crescido muito nos últimos anos, mas não os vejo como banda para liderar um dia.

Percebo o teu ponto, mas acho que para as dimensões e publico alvo deste fest até não estão mal. Embora deva admitir que, para mim, Evoken é que devia estar como headliner, mas pronto, isso é sempre relativo.

Acho que este fest até tem mantido mais ou menos o nivel de qualidade das bandas ao longo dos anos. As últimas edições têm tido muitos nomes de peso.

The '88 Demo and '89 Demo laid a foundation of blistering speed, while '90 Demo introduced the complex, jazzy textures they’re known for. By the 1991 Demo, the uroboric cycle was nearly complete and refined, featuring the lineup that would eventually record the landmark “Focus”.

Voltando ao peso, fazendo a ligação com o álbum de 2014 (e que eu MUITO ouvi).

The conceptual architecture is precise. Nowhere Speaks opens exactly where Nothing But The Whole (2014) ended, picking up mid-riff from that album's cult abrupt conclusion, and closes with its opening riff, forming a deliberate loop between the two records. After the distortion-free, French-language austerity of Vide (2021), the return to weight and intensity here is total.
